WebJoin groups for icy Digg/Nek2 to start getting better gear. Start working on getting your prismatic weapon. Look up the pre reqs to the quest "To speak as a dragon" and start there. Also the level 40 to 50 Heritage quests give out good gear. I'd recommend looking those up and doing the ones with the pieces you want.
